> Gay XXX talent agent David Forest was found not guilty today on charges of pimping and pandering. Forest was on trial for charges stemming from a sting operation in 2004 in which Rod Barry and Chip Noll were arrested by undercover police for prostitution and accepting money for sex.

Forest arranges introductions in which porn stars meet their fans but Forest receives nothing for this service, according to him. The jury apparently saw it the same way, although Barry and Noll served as wirnesses against Forest in the two-week trial.
