from www.latimes.com - ESCONDIDO (KTLA) -- A 43-year-old defense attorney is accused of secretly photographing and filming several women and a teenage girl while they were undressing at a tanning salon in Northern San Diego County.
David Taylor Kaye of San Marcos was arrested Friday after a10-month-long investigation by Escondido police.
In early 2010, authorities received reports of a man reaching over a booth at The Tanning Place in Escondido and snapping pictures of women while they were in various stages of undress.
Police conducted a sting operation and that's when they observed Kaye videotaping a woman as well.
Investigators have identified a total of seven women, including a 15-year-old girl.
Kaye faces charges of secretly filming a person without their consent, possession of child pornography, and he could be charged with felony possession of a loaded, concealed, unregistered firearm, according to police.
