Porn Valley- Identified as an industry deadbeat by Adultfyi several weeks ago, Mark D’ull owner of Best Parts was scheduled to appear in Chatsworth Superior Court this afternoon. D’ull, who owes Jet Multimedia somewhere in the neighborhood of $2,000, didn’t show. And, as a result, a bench warrant has been issued for his arrest.

According to a Jet spokesman, unpaid invoices go back to last year and the company has contacted D’ull on a number of occasions to settle up but D’ull had failed to do so. “He refused and we took him to small claims court,” said the Jet spokesman. “We got a judgment. This was an evidentiary hearing. He was supposed to come in and tell us where his assets are. He didn’t show. So it’s considered basically in defiance of the court.”

From what I hear Jet isn’t the only company owed money by D’ull.

“This guy avoids everybody,” says the spokesman. “He thumbs his nose at everybody and doesn’t care. Apparently because of this we have the ability, for a fee, to have the sheriff go in and seize everything in the building. He could lose his whole business if we choose to spend the money.”
