With the supposed head injury he sustained in Monday night's football game, Favre could adopt the August Busch IV defense by claiming he's got amnesia and doesn't remember a thing.

from www.dailymail.co.uk - NFL legend quarterback Brett Favre is facing fresh embarrassment after allegations he asked a former team employee to send him videos of her committing a sex act.

The Minnesota Vikings player, who allegedly sent graphic text messages to sideline reporter Jenn Sterger in 2008, was the subject of a two-month investigation by the NFL into inappropriate behavior.

The 41-year-old, who was playing for the New York Jets at the time of the alleged incident, had reportedly admitted sending Miss Sterger voicemails, but denied sending her personal pictures.

But the new text, reported by TMZ.com, was allegedly sent months after the x-rated photographs were exchanged and could land the quarterback in more hot water.

Earlier this month, Miss Sterger's manager Phil Reese gave a radio interview in which he said she would not be suing Favre, the New York Jets or the NFL as long as the player was suspended for violating the league's personal conduct policy.

She is also reported to want the NFL to establish an anti-sexual harassment program to prevent future incidents.

The NFL investigation is believed to have been completed, but no punishment has yet been given out. If found guilty of violating the policy, Favre could face suspension and fines.

He has again said this would be his last season in the NFL, but has previously gone back on announcements - notably when joining the Jets in 2008.

Mr Reese told the New York Daily News: 'All she wants to do is clear her name. This is not about money.'

Favre, best-known for his success leading the Green Bay Packers for 16 years, is married to wife Deanna and has two daughters.
