Michigan- Students at some colleges in Michigan are being warned of a producer of pornography films who is apparently searching for talent, Local 4 reported.
The producer, according to Local 4 reports, is offering young men from $50 to $300 per day to participate in gay pornography films.
Among the campuses where scouting is taking place are Eastern Michigan University, Western Michigan, Central Michigan, Michigan State and the University of Michigan, the station reported.
Ward Mullens, the manager of news services for Eastern Michigan University, released the following statement on Wednesday in response to the campus scouting:
“We are very concerned. So far, we have not received any complaints of this happening on campus. We’re keeping an eye out for it. Students need to realize that this is a violation of school policy and they could be potentially expelled.”
Mullens told Local 4 he believes students are smarter than to get involved in something that could scar them for the rest of their lives.
