HOLLYWOOD, Calif. — Renae Cruz is honored to be playing a triple-X takeoff of Jennifer Lopez, and she wants the movie star to know it. "She's such a sexy woman, because there's such a slutty side to what she is," she told XBIZ.
Cruz has replaced Jasmine Byrne in X-Play's upcoming production, "J-Ho," a spoof of the life of movie star Jennifer Lopez.
Cruz made her way into the adult biz last November after a life as a military brat. She was born in the Philippines and lived for a year in Brazil. During that time, she learned two important things: Portuguese and the ability to adapt.
"Moving around so much made me learn to understand people better," she said. "I think I come off as a much more mature person that way."
All Media Play President Jeff Mullen told XBIZ that he bumped into Cruz at a dinner party, where the 19-year-old caught his eye. He later brought her in for some photos.
"We did a photo shoot with her, and she just sparkled," he said. "She's absolutely gorgeous — cute, young with a great sexual appetite and fun to be around. Jasmine Byrne would've made a great J-Ho, but we've got a great replacement."
Cruz's previous credits include VCA's "18 and Easy Vol. 9" She'll also appear in the upcoming "Long Dong Black Kong 2."
Cruz tells me she decided to get in the business because of a conversation she had with her mother.
"It started from a joke to reality," she says. "I just got back from having my boobies done in Brazil. I hadn't had sex in four months and I was talking to my mom [in Vegas]: my God I haven't got laid in four months. She's like go do porn or something."
"Is this a normal conversation you have with your mother?"
"Kind of," laughs Cruz. "And then a week later I was, hey, I really think I want to do it. She was save your money and go do it. A week later I came to LA." Cruz explains that Brazil has the best plastic surgeons and that's why she went there for a boob job.
It seemed like a very unusual conversation for moms to be having with their daughters and I was wondering what Cruz was doing at the time to be having this.
"I talk about this all the time with her," she says. "We're very open. Maybe because she's my stepmom it's different."
Cruz remembers doing her fist scene for Icy Porn but can't for the life of her remember the name of the male performer.
"He had long hair and muscles," she laughs. "I just remember that. I'm really bad with names. I'm really good with faces but bad with names. Like when I saw him again I said, hey, you did my first scene. He remembered."
Cruz said she loves the business so far but only parties on occasions. For relaxation she likes pampering herself and going to the spa.
"And I have sex and everything." Cruz said she was a really smart kid growing up and used to get all A's.
"I never got into drugs or drinking- I just got into sex," she says. "I was a little ho." She first had sex at 15.
"And it sucked!" she pouts. "It was a boy, not a boyfriend. I lost my virginity and it sucked so I went to a neighbor's house and banged his cousin to see if it was any better. It got better. It was the next day. I was, like, if this is sex, shoot me now. So then I did it again."
Sexually, Cruz said she likes multiple partners and to be choked and have her hair pulled.
"And I love dirty talking. It turns me on." Asked if she liked anal, Cruz says, "I'm Brazilian so we like to get it in our ass." Cruz has a good laugh because the first time she tried it in the ass was on camera.
"It was so funny because everyone believed it wasn't my first that it was too good for that." Cruz says the scene was with James Deen.
"I'll never forget him because he's my favorite," she adds.
"You never forget your first anal," I tell Cruz.
This one she wouldn't. Cruz came four to seven times but lost count.
"It was so weird because we didn't prep before ths scene," Cruz continues. "We didn't warm up my ass or anything. We didn't jam it with a toy or anything. He just put his dick straight in me and then I said keep fucking that asshole! It was a good scene."
Cruz says she has "a significant other" who likes her career but wouldn't add any more etails.
