Porn Valley- Brooke and Monique Alexander form the dynamic duo that will be manning the booth for Outback Productions, www.outbackxxx.net this weekend at Erotica L.A.. https://www.adultfyi.com/read.aspx?ID=4028
We spoke to Alexander https://www.adultfyi.com/read.aspx?ID=4136 yesterday and also had the opportunity to chat with Brooke.
Although she’s been in the business a full two years, this will be her first time at Erotica L.A. Brooke tells me. I asked how she keeps from getting confused with other Brookes in the business. “I know I’m the only one without a last name,” she says and notes that she spells her name with an -e.
There wasn’t any specific instance that prompted her getting into the adult industry. Brooke remembers looking for work and came across an ad for World Modeling. “I sat on the ad for a couple of days and finally decided to call them. I went down there for an interview. I go to school and I needed some extra money on the side. Actually I was looking more for like a secretarial job when I came across this ad. But it’s been fun. It’s been different.”
Prior to that moment Brooke had absolutely no experience in the adult entertainment industry. So it’s not surprising that she’d find it nerve wracking to be naked before a camera the first time.
“I do remember going home crying on a couple of occasions,” she states. “I did a couple of solo girl masturbations. And now that I’ve been in the business two years I realize that’s probably the hardest thing you have to do because you’re there by yourself and all the focus is on you. I noticed that once I got into girl-girl and boy-girl, everything seemed much easier and more natural.”
Brooke started out doing single girl photo shoots, solos. “I was on a couple of Vivid shoots when I first started and I was doing a solo in the background while another boy-girl scene was going on. Stuff like that.”
I asked Brooke what it was, specifically, that had her going home crying. “I think part of it was I was excited,” she says. “Part of it was I decided to open my mouth to the wrong people about what I was doing. People who aren’t in the business look down upon people that are. I’ve come across a couple of cases where I’m no longer friends with people that I was friends with. There were a few outside people saying to me how could you be doing that? It’s so dirty and you’re such a whore. When, really, a job is a job. That’s when it affected me hearing it from people who weren’t in the business. It had me going what am I doing?”
Brooke describes herself as being very athletic. “I own some horses,” she says. “I ride horses seven days a week. I was homecoming queen. But I wasn’t into guys until my senior year in high school. It was weird. It came very late for me.”
I asked if there was a correlation between riding horses and losing one’s virginity. Brooke. Brooke said she had a girlfriend who popped her cherry that way. “She was jumping and landed wrong. It happens.”
As for herself, Brooke lost her virgnity at 17, two months before she graduated high school. Otherwise, she ran track, played softball and anted to get a scholarship from sports. “I lived in Florida at the time,” she said. “Sure enough I started having a promiscuous relationship.
“His parents went away for the weekend,” she recalls. “I went over with another one of my girlfriends and he had a couple of his friends over. We just spent the weekend. We went to the beach and when we came back from the beach I was taking a shower and he came in. I would change in front of him but we never had sex before this. I never gave him oral or anything like that.”
Gene: But he’d get a preview of coming attractions.
Brooke: Right. We would take showers together and it would never happen. But this time it did. We were going to see a movie so we used that as an excuse – oh, we’re rushing- we’ll take a shower together. And I didn’t think anything of it because we’ve done it before. So we decided to get a little frisky that day. We were in his parents’ shower. It was really nice, all glass, with a ledge big enough that you could sit on.
Gene: I take it he got you from that. I like to paint a picture of what goes on in a shower stall. That was always one of my favorite spots.
Brokke: It’s very sexy.
Gene: Especially after you all lathered up.
Brooke: Oh yes. LOL Bu I haven’t done too many of those scenes now that I’m in the business. I’ve only done one shower scene.
Gene: Speaking of shower scenes have you done any B-movies?
Brooke: I’ve done feature movies. I know of Robert Lombard, www.creativeimagemgmt.com but I’ve never actually met him, or gone over there. I was interested in it because I’m SAG and AFTRA. I’m also with a mainstream modeling agency. That’s what actully brought me to California. I work periodically in the mainstream business. When I wasn’t working and going to school that’s when I came across the World Modeling ad.
Gene: What kind of things have you done in mainstream?
Brooke: I’ve done a couple of Guess ads and Armni ads. I was on The Guardian- the TV show. I’ve done a movie for Paramount Pictures that hasn’t been released yet. That’s what got me into SAG. I did Tylenol commercials a long time ago.
Gene: Thinking about making a crossover if you could.
Brooke: I’m not too sure. I’m more into school than anything else. I’m a little opposite of the normal girls in the business.
Gene: What are you taking up in school?
Brooke: Pre-med. I’m trying to become a doctor, a pediatrician. It’s kind of hard.
Gene: I would kind of think but at least the business is paying the bills.
Brooke: Oh yeah, definitely. And I like it, too. It’s fun. You go to school and you’re very conservative. And I’m a totally different person when I’m at work. It’s fun having a double-life. It’s very exciting.
Gene: How do you balance a school schedule with doing this?
Brooke: Right now because it’s summer and I’m in summer classes, I’m only taking two classes. I drop down to part time. In full time in the fall I don’t work on Tuesdays and Thursdays and take five classes. They’re all scheduled Tuesday and Thursday. And I work in the adult business Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday. I was on set Monday doing my homework. The makeup artist is doing my hair, what are you doing?
Gene: What are you dos and don’ts on screen.
Brooke: I like rough sex but I wouldn’t say abusive rough sex. I like the slapping, the spitting and the choking. All that crazy stuff. And I’ve never really run across a guy that I don’ like. Everyone has their horror stories but I’ve been very lucky because I’ve run across a bunch of polite people. I’ve liked just about every single company that I’ve ever worked for. And I like boy-girl-girl. That’s probably one of my favorite sex scenes to do. I don’t like the gay-for-pay girls. I like the girls who actually like the girls. I don’t like the pretty girl sex. I like the hardcore stuff.
Gene: What was going through your mind durin the HIV crisis?
Brooke: I feel really bad for the people who ended up with it. I feel absolutely sorry for them and hope everything work out for them. I knew I wouldn’t be a part of it because I don’t do interracial, I don’t do anal; I don’t do gangbangs which doesn’t mean I can’t be a part of it. But I was blessed not to be in that category. It hit close to home. You’ve got to be aware of what you’re doing. Some companies slack off and don’t ask you for the tests. Then when they see the tests at the end of the shoot that doesn’t benefit you. I’m totally for getting tested more than once a month. It’s worth a $100. It’s not much when you’re making tens of thousands. People are very stingy in the business with the money. I don’t understand it. If you make tons of money, your health should be the number one priority. You can’t stop people from going outsdie the business and having sex in their personal life. I’ve personally not had sex in my personal life since I’ve been in the business. The only sex I’ve had is on camera. I don’t have time now to be in a personal relationship and I’m not going into L.A. and go find some random guy. The business has put my mind in a whole different state being health conscious and stuff. I don’t want to date someone who’s not in the business. I want to know if they have a test and what’s wrong with them. You can’t ask a random person that because 90% of the people don’t have that. And I have sex three or four times a week. So between school and riding horses and working it’s enough for me right now. I’m only 20.
Gene: Where do you ride?
Brooke: Out of a ranch in Valencia. I have a place up there that I train at. I’ve got a couple of horses. I’m driving there right now and then I have to be at work at 4 o’clock.
