Porn Valley- Dirty Harry happened to be visiting the Penthouse set today where one of his sons, Shaun, was working. Besides himself doing scenes, Harry’s got two sons working crew, Shaun being one, and two nephews- TT Boy and Fallon who have made pretty good names for themselves in front of the camera as well. Harry thinks this is a pretty interesting story. I’m inclined to agree with him.

“There’s five in the family that are in the porn business,” Harry continues. “I basically got TT Boy into the business around 1989. I introduced him to Elliot Segal at Western Visuals.” Harry was driving a bus at the time.

“TT came up to me as an 18 year old and said he wanted to get into the porn business,” Harry goes on. “I said I know somebody who’s in it. I knew Elliot because when I worked as a bus driver there was a friend of mine there that worked for Royce Industries which Elliot worked for back in 1973. It was an 8mm distribution and magazine company. Elliot was working there. They needed people at night so when I went down there I met Elliot and worked there for awhile. Then I left there, then one day met him at a doughnut shop. He says, hey, I own Western Visuals why don’t you come down and visit me. I did, saw the place. So when TT said he wanted to get into porn I introduced him to Elliot. Elliot sent him down to Jim South and the rest is history. TT did all the work, obviously. And he’s one of the greatest performers, period, of all time. He’s incredible.

“He could go to Brazil, get off the airplane and two days without sleep, do two scenes. And that’s the truth. I don’t think there’s too many people in the world that can go do that.”

“My son Shaun when he was 18 went over to Trac Tech and Jay Grdina, Jenna Jameson’s ex-husband, got him in there doing a few things for Jim Enright. He started working a few days for free. After that they started hiring him as a grip and then he eventually became a gaffer. He’s 28, now.

“Then when my younger son, Jacob, who’s two years younger than Shaun became 18, he went into the business. He started out as a PA right away. He did a lot of different things then picked up a camera.

“He started shooting BTS and then he started shooting for Kelly Holland, Chi Chi LaRue; he shot for Vivid- all the big companies. They loved the way he shot but he didn’t like the long hours. Eventually he went over to TT and is shooting exclusively for him. But it’s more money. And TT likes the way he shoots.

“The Talon my other nephew has been working for five years. He’s TT’s brother.”

“The first time my son Jacob shot me, it didn’t really bother me,” says Harry. “I didn’t feel to awkward about it. I think he felt more awkward an still does but he doesn’t say much. But he’s very professional about it. He’s a cameraman; I’m talent, and that’s about it. We act as such. He’s shot me in about 30 scenes.”

Harry also recalls the last time we chatted- which was outside the Trac Tech studios on Canoga when it was closing down. Harry was pretty much on his ass at that time having lost nearly $200,000 of retirement money including investing in a company with Peter North. Losing all that money was one of the reasons why Harry started performing in front of the camera at the age 52, he says. In four years, since, he’s done about 500 scenes.

“I had lost all my retirement- I bought a business with Peter North in Tampa,” Harry says. “I lost a lot of money in that. Peter knew somebody in this company and he told me they were okay. And so I invested some money. I got some money back but ended up losing a lot in that deal. It sent me into a spiral, and where do you go but porn?”

“Then I lost some other money in investments,” Harry adds. “I roamed around trying to figure what to do. I was retired and basically penniless. So I had to come back to porn, basically, trying to figure out what to do.”

Harry explains that when he retired at age 47, he PA’d with most of the feature companies for eight or nine months then traveled around the world in his spare time. Harry says he used the porn money so he wouldn’t touch into his savings.

“Working in this business as everybody knows gives you a lot of time off,” he states. “You work three or four days then get a week off. I took that opportunity to travel and do other things.” It was in 1996 that he tried doing a couple of scenes for TT Boy.

“It was for fun,” Harry explains. “I wanted to see if I could do it.”

Harry notes that TT is his sister’s son. By the time he started doing scenes for real, Harry got his feet wet working behind the scenes on a seven day feature for Jim Malibu.

“Soon after that I started doing scenes because I had a lot of contacts by now,” says Harry. “Then I started doing Teens for Cash- like the first 100 of them. It’s an Internet site. Then I did Meatholes.com and then Vivid hired me and ClubJenna and a lot of the gonzo companies.”

I asked Harry how he managed to retire at age 47.

“I drove an MTA bus and I got a large cash out,” he says. “Which I lost. So I’ve been doing scenes approximately 4 years now.”

From the way he talks, Harry doesn’t seem to have a problem performing with a lot of people watching him. He mentions a big shoot comedian Paul Rodriguez was at.

“It was Bella Loves Jenna,” he recalls. “I’m an exhibitionist basically at heart. I don’t really give a fuck. I’ll take off my clothes anywhere.”

Harry has also worked a lot for Jim Powers and Rob Black.

The conversation gets back to Meatholes and Harry concedes that it’s a very hardcore site and because of that some girls have been afraid to work with him.

“A lot of girls heard about me from that site,” he says. “The girls know what they’re getting into before they do the scene. It’s that style of movie. If it calls for rough, then it calls for rough. If it doesn’t call for that, then I don’t do rough. But some girls have that thing in their mind I’m like that. But don’t get me wrong I love to do rough scenes. If the girl can take it. I’ve done a lot of scenes with Audrey Hollander. I’ve done scenes with Rebecca Linares. Jayna Oso. Kat. I’ve done scenes with Naudia Nyce who likes it rough. I’ve done scenes with Kelly Wells.

“Kelly Wells actually ran from me at Meatholes when she first started out, then she became a fucking sexual freak. She’s great. I love her to death. There’s a lot of girls that will work with me once they’ve worked with me. Then, again, when a producer goes to an agency and says we want this girl to work with Dirty Harry- he’s 56 years old- they go to girl and say you want to work with him, he’s 56, they immediately think of this old guy with a pot belly and dirty. Which is the direct opposite. I’m in shape. I work out and I try to stay as young looking as I can.”

Harry says, yeah, regardless, he’ll get an “old guy” vibe from some of the performers.

“You have to get over it- unless they’re professional and act accordingly,” he says. “But a lot of times you get on a set and get vibes off the girl. Some more so than others. That’s the bad part about being old. But at least I’m in half way decent shape.”

Of the Meatholes scenes he’s done, Harry seems to have some regrets about the one he did with Nicki Hunter. Hunter was on KSEX one night and talked about it. www.adultfyi.com/read.php?ID=6831. And there was a subsequent thread on ADT addressing it.

“That was a really brutal scene and I felt sorry on that one,” says Harry. “Before the scene we talked about what was going on. And of course she could have stopped any time she wanted to. It was a pretty intense scene. She was pretty traumatized.”
