Porn Valley- As part of the female director series, Jewel De’Nyle and Kylie Ireland were guests of Selena Silver Wednesday night on KSEX, www.ksexradio.com. Speaking on government intervention, De’Nyle all but said, “Badges? We don’t need no stinkink badges.”

At the start of the show, Selena Silver, www.selenasilver.com reported that the Los Angeles dept. of County Health Services along with Cal-OSHA declared the current HIV scare to be an official outbreak and had forced AIM, via subpoena, to turn over the health records pertaining to Darren James, Lara Roxxx and all the other performers on the first and second generation quarantine list. Kent Silver noted that the big push was also on for elimination of facials and internal cum shots.

Besides having won numerous female performer of the year awards, De’Nyle according to Selena had also been named Adam Film World’s female director of the year. De’Nyle has retired from the performers ranks, where she did over 300 movies, to direct full time and build Platinum X Pictures. Ireland has also joined Platinum X to direct and perform for them on an exclusive basis. Ireland hosts a weekly show on KSEX, Thursday nights.

Asked for her views on the current HIV news, De’Nyle said, “We have our politicians that want their 15 minutes of fame.

“Because porn obviously scores them numbers,” De’Nyle added. “It gets everybody’s attention and everybody will read heir name. An time porn is mentioned, people will want to read about it. Unfortunately they’re using our business to get their own publicity and their own 15 minutes. I just think it’s wrong. Where were they for the past five years when we had gonorrhea-chlamydia outbreaks? They didn’t care because it wasn’t national news. Now we have two outbreaks of something that’s been contained. All of a sudden they’re high and mighty and they’re cracking down on us which I just think is ridiculous.

“We did everything in our power and the industry all came together to make it safe and we all stopped performing until everything was fully tested,” De’Nyle went on to say. “Everyone was through the quarantine. We did everything we could. I think them stepping in this is just a publicity thing. And I think the Democrats that we have in office doing this is a weak part on their part. Especially being with the Democratic party you’d think they’d be a little bit more understanding with adult instead of swinging this way and using this for cheap thrills.”

De’Nyle said if the condom mandate would be enforced, then Platinum X would go to Europe and shoot. “I won’t shoot here. It’s that simple. It will be 100% shot in Europe. I will take the money and the business out of this country. I do not care.

Ireland thought it ridiculous that such a big deal was being made out of the issue.

“People in L.A. alone, how many people per day come up HIV positive? she asked. “Because we’re in the adult industry they’re making a huge deal about it. AIM and Sharon Mitchell have really done everything that they can. They’ve contained this situation and they’ve handled it very well. I think it’s just a way for them to regulate and stick their noses into our shoots. Quite, possibly, what are they going to do? Put someone on every shoot to make sure we’re using condoms? Is this a babysitting thing? This is going to slow down every production. That’s exactly what they wanted to do.”

De’Nyle added by saying, “We’ll take care of ourselves. We don’t need the government wiping our ass for us.”
