The concept for "Ten Out of Ten" was pitched to Derek Kage by NakedSword's Ben Rush, who serves as both co-chief content officer and chief creative marketing officer. According to Kage, Rush asked if he would be able to handle the intensity of a gangbang scene, to which Kage responded with enthusiasm.
Rush had been waiting for the right time and performers to deliver a gangbang that would pack a bigger punch than standard scenes. The result was "Ten Out of Ten," which features 16 double penetrations, a triple penetration, and the first time Derek and Heath have taken fists in their asses.
Performers' Preparation
Derek Kage, who has been named three-time XMAs Gay Performer of the Year, stated that he didn't "prepare" for the intensity of the gangbang scene in a traditional sense. However, he did mention that his experience as an insatiable bottom helped him navigate the marathon performance.
When asked how he prepared for the scene, Kage said with a mischievous smile, "People ask, 'Oh, did you train?' But I've always been a slut, so I naturally just gravitated toward that."
