Porn Valley- James Bartholet appears to be this Hollywood man about town who trails the winds of La La Land gossip much in the same manner as Robin Leach, winds up in occasional porn movies for speaking roles and hosts a Monday night show on PrimeTimeUncensored, www.primetimeuncensored.com.
One of Bartholet's show gimmicks is having this bartender [Mike Sneed] whip up the concoction of the evening. This Monday night it was Tequila Sunrises, and by the end of the show Bartholet and company had consumed more sunrises than a perpetual calendar.
"On Oprah's show you get a book under a seat. On my show you get booze," states Bartholet. Which is putting it rather mildly.
Bartholet's co-host is this babe named Shay Lynn- a dark haired woman with a quiet demeanor who appears to let her legs and breasts do most of the talking. Shay's wearing a slinky, black pop open dress. The pop open part sees a lot of action.
Bartholet's porn retinue for the evening also included Marcus London and his wife of five months, Devon Lee [pictured]. Either London had just gotten off the set of Wicked Pictures' Operation Desert Stormy or he was giving the cop who might stop him later the opportunity for a very colorful story.
London, looking like a sun tanned commando, was decked out in Desert Storm G.I. camo gear and Lee was decked out in normal girl gear. That is if the normal girl has very big tits. Lee, a former house girl in Indiana, has been a dancer about nine years and a porn performer of maybe a year and a half. Lee is also with Lisa Ann's agency, Clear Talent Management.
The couple got married at AEE in January after they met at The Cheesecake Factory in Woodland Hills. Marcus lends the impression that Lee was the aggressor that night by approaching him to say she wanted an LA boyfriend. Of course Lee, at the time, had a midwestern husband. That's the story I wanted to hear- how they dumped the husband, but they didn't tell that one.
Another story Marcus didn't tell is how he and Derek Hay almost came to blows one time www.adultfyi.com/read.php?ID=20333- ironic considering it was at one of Hay's Sunday night Cheesecake Factory outings that London met his future wife.
Before the show gets rolling, Lee's saying something about how she's had four recent scenes cancel on her. Monday she got a kill fee of $100 bucks. Hardly enough to tip Bartholet's bartender.
Bartholet opens the show by addressing the Nicki Hunter fiasco at the Playboy Mansion in which all but Hunter seemed to enjoy in the proceeds from a benefit supposedly in her honor. Bartholet called the promoters of that event rip offs. On the other hand, Bartholet announced that the benefit for Hunter at Forbidden City brought in $40,000.
Lee and Marcus are on the show to discuss relationships.
"As long as he keeps telling me to have sex with other guys we're alright," says Lee quoting a page right out of the Dr. Phil playbook.
London's version is that they use off camera sex to fuel an on camera sex life, and Marcus is a firm believer of keeping a relationship open without any secrets.
Marcus, who's co-written Operation Desert Stormy with Stormy Daniels, says this is the biggest project Wicked's ever done; and numbers are bandied about- something like between $500,000 to $750,000. Lee said she was waiting for Marcus to write her a part in one of his movies. Of course if her scene gets cancelled with a $100 kill fee all bets are off.
London, who's got a gangster movie in the works, says what he most enjoys about working with Wicked is the company's attention to detail. He also brings up a very interesting point in that male performers generally prefer working on Wicked and Vivid movies because there's less positions to assume than in a gonzo shoot.
Bartholet talks about there being a possible trend in the industry towards features. Then he would have loved being in the industry 15 years ago when there was nothing but.
"I don't think couples want to watch gonzo," said Bartholet.
Not unless assault and battery brings a couple more together.
