Candido Amaro…sounds like a baseball player.

Oregon – from www.oregonlive.com -A 53-year-old drunken driver was sentenced to more than four years in prison after yelling “I’ll kill you all! .¤.¤.You’re all whores in a whore house!” and then driving his truck into a Portland lingerie-modeling business.

Candido Amaro’s blood alcohol level was .25 percent, more than triple the legal limit for driving.

Police interviewed the owner of X-Otic Tan for Men. She said she’d dated Amaro in the past, he’d recently been released from prison for a drug distribution conviction and he began accusing her of spending time with other men.

On May 18, he showed up angry to her business, then punched her. A few other women exited the building — including one carrying two broomsticks.

Amaro then yelled that he planned to kill them all, hopped into his truck and slammed into the building — creating a 6-foot-wide hole — before driving off. No one was seriously injured, although some of the women were hit by building debris and hurt from stumbling as they ran.

One employee said she had to jump out of the truck’s path. Amaro was originally charged with attempted murder, among other crimes. He pleaded no contest Monday in Multnomah County Circuit Court to attempted first-degree assault, attempted second-degree assault and driving under the influence of intoxicants.
