From Wikipedia: Emma Nixon is an English glamour model and Penthouse Pet. She has modelled for adult magazines such as Penthouse, Escort and Fiesta. She was quite well known for her modelling work during the 1990s, and was often photographed by Suze Randall. She is now working as a make-up artist and cosmetic designer.
Gene sez: Nixon who was also on the cover of Penthouse in February, 1995, was on KSEX’s The Wanker Show Friday night. And she had some stories to tell from the makeup chair.
Before Nixon was brought on, Tyler Faith, www.tylerfaith.com discussed her appearance on Adam Carolla last week. Obviously to listen to it, the whole bit about doing dinosaur porn under the watchful eye of a Romanian porn director was a hoax. Nonetheless Faith said the bit included a plastic dinosaur fucking Ava Rose.
“It was a fuckin’ funny,” said Faith. “I’m trying to get a copy of it.” According to Faith, Rose didn’t know that the whole thing was a set up.
“But we found out soon after.” Wankus was particularly happy over the fact that Faith managed a plug for KSEX on Carolla’s show.
Wankus explained that Emma gets rave reviews for her work from many of the stars in the business including Faith.
“Every time we shoot she says she wants Emma,” Wankus stated. “Like you are known by everyone that she’s the best.” Emma laughed about paying a lot of people a lot of money for those endorsements.
“You were also talent, originally,” Wankus noted. Nixon’s from England.
“I started off as a nude model like in ’89,” said Nixon. “I came over here, did some work, went back to England for over a year, then moved out here. I pretty much did the nude modeling -thing for a good nine, ten years.” Nixon thinks she was in Penthouse maybe six times and was both a cover and centerfold. Nixon posed again maybe three months ago.
“You still got the juice, baby,” Wankus said, particularly complimenting her eyes.
“You have the look of come and get it now!” he roared.
Nixon said from time to time she’ll put on some lingerie and give her husband a show. She did a shoot for California Exotic Novelties as a statement to say that she’s a little bit older, “But fuck you, bitches- I still can do this!”
Faith was of the opinion that Nixon could still outshine most of the younger girls.
“Some are a little scary but that’s when I wave my magic wand,” Nixon commented. “There’s a retransformation from my side and then the photographer has great lighting.”
Nixon said if the girl doesn’t have much of a structure to begin with, that’s when she’ll “paint” it on and that there’s been instances where she’s done makeup on a girl for a boxcover then run into her three months later. The girl will tell her stories about how she’d go to pick up her slicks, and the company art dept. wouldn’t release them not recognizing her. Nixon said one of those instances involved VCA years ago where they wouldn’t give a girl her slicks.
“They didn’t believe it was the same girl- some of the transformations are amazing,” said Nixon. “But I’m lucky when I get to work on such girls as Tyler.” According to Nixon she generally gets a free hand to make up a girl the way she wants.
“I’ll take a look at the set and I’ll take a look at the wardrobe and do what it is I need to do.”
Wankus talked about how Faith told a story about how Nixon transformed a “clown girl” into a gorgeous chick. Not naming the girl, Nixon remembered her as one of her more astounding transformations.
“She came in – her skin was pockmarked. She obviously had a huge case of acne as a teenager. So she had moon craters. I spent all this time and energy into making her an 8.” Nixon figured her for a 2 before the work got started.”She did have nice eyes.” According to Nixon, the girl’s comment was, simply, “It’s nice.”
“If someone did that to me I’d be, God, I feel amazing- thank you so much! But this is what I get from 90% of the people.” Nixon said even the art director apologized for the fact that Nixon had to do this girl.
“He said to me I’m so sorry- I had no idea she was coming. She was the replacement for somebody else.” Nixon noted that quite often a girl will get a spark of attitude and do a great scene because of her makeup.
“You tell them they look amazing and they turn into a panther.”
Wankus observed that the day of the real glamorous porn star is over. Nixon has had similar conversations.
“It’s such a different industry,” she said. “Back when I started I was working over at Suze Randall’s studio full time. There were magazine models and girls who did porno. Literally you could count them on one hand. There weren’t many girls doing porn. You could name them. And over the years it’s become this huge industry. People like Jenna have come along and made it more of a mainstream deal.”
By the same token, said Wankus, the industry has opened itself up to the “Miss baby fat” types.
“Who’s taking picnic table in her ass,” Faith added. “And they’re throwing babies in the dumpster- all kinds of crazy.”Nixon has made it her mission in life to get back in shape and show that she could still do it. Whereas, according to her, some of the new girls have no concept that they’re making money off of their bodies and don’t maintain themselves.
“You are building your fan base, getting your work and making your money off the way you look,” Nixon continued. “So it really confuses me why you’ll see these young girls show up who are sloppy, a good 15 to 20 pounds overweight; they have awful hair, they don’t have their nails done and their teeth are a wreck.”
“There’s so many bad teeth in this industry,” Wankus agreed. Nixon mentioned the girl next door.
“The girl next door of the Nineties was the hot girl next door,” laughed Wankus. “The girl next door today is a fat, disgusting fuckin’ crackhead.
“Mainstream America hates us because we represent ourselves like that,” he added. Nixon was also of the opinion that girls in the business are educated in very strange fields. Faith mentioned bar tending and personal training as a couple of them. Nixon, who lives in an affluent neighborhood, talked about a conversation she had with a neighbor, never thinking this woman would be a fan of porn. The neighbor wanted to know about Jenna Jameson, for one thing.”Her and her husband are huge fans of porn- they have every movie Rocco Siffredi’s ever done. They were bowled over that I even met Rocco. To her Rocco was like God.”
From her own experience, Nixon sees that porn is definitely reaching across America. “It’s a huge thing.”
Wankus repeated the fact that Nixon has a pretty impressive resume.
“I’ve worked hard and have done some pretty cool things in my career of crime,” said Nixon. “I’ve traveled to some far distant lovely places.” Faith thought it must be a bitch to a star having a makeup artist better looking than yourself.
“And you have a great personality,” Wankus added. “A lot of celebrities behind the scenes are fucking horrible people. And here’s this bright, fun makeup artist making the room move.” Nixon mentioned that she did Pamela Anderson’s makeup for quite a few years.
“One occasion we were in Canada- we flew there on a private jet and we went to this event hosted by David Foster. It had something to do with celebrities coming out of Canada. It was a fund raiser. There were a bunch of people sitting at the table, myself included. There was Pamela. There was Jennifer Tilly. There was Tom Arnold.”
Nixon said she was having a great time and sitting on Arnold’s knee.
“In the middle of a speech he [Arnold] said, “Emma and I are getting married. We only met ten minutes before. It was hysterical. We hit it off and were having such a great time totally goofing around and Pam was sitting there pouting. She turned and said, ‘Just get over yourself.’ I had to remember my place in the food chain. That was about the meanest thing that ever came out of Pam’s mouth. She’s amazing, though. I cannot say a bad thing about Pamela.” Wankus wondered if Anderson was intelligent.
“She’s a complicated, smart, spiritual person,” Nixon replied. “She’s just like the regular girlfriend you talk to. She’s got the same issues. She’s got the same insecurities. But she’s so under a microscope. I would never want to be in that position.”
Nixon said she started working for Anderson after the video scandal but imagined it would have been fun to have been there. Nixon mentioned that she and Anderson traveled a lot together and that the relationship was very intensive.
“I had no life- I was pretty much with her all the time. I think- whoever it is- if you spend enough time with them, day in and day out and odd hours and you’re kind of exhausted and have pretty much enough of each other- I think that’s pretty much what happened. We had our run and it was great.” Wankus imagined there was a lot of other stuff that got in the way as well.
“You’re two hot girls.”
Nixon said she often got the question, “Are you sisters?” And Nixon said she’s been mistaken for other celebrities. Faith ventured to say Jameson.
“It’s no secret that Jenna has had a little surgery,” said Faith. “You’d have to be an idiot if you didn’t know that.” Faith said she hadn’t seen Nixon for a couple of years.
“And I just saw Jenna- and so when I saw Emma it was so scary and other people were like Jenna is starting to look like Emma. She’s trying to make herself look like Emma. I’m not saying she is, but…I don’t know. It’s weird. Maybe she’s not doing it on purpose.”
Nixon didn’t think so, either, and then told a story about how she was in a frat house with her husband who was attending a college reunion at Long Beach State. She was mistaken by some pledges for Jameson.
“It was hysterical,” said Nixon. “I had worked for Jenna the day before. I had pictures of us on my little camera. I said I’m her makeup artist. They were so stoked that I knew her and I said I can get you signed movies and stuff from Jenna if you’ll all stand for a picture next to me and drop your pants. And they did.”
