ESPN spokesman Josh Krulewitz offers this explanation as to why the piece was pulled: “The story should have never been published. The draft was inadvertently put on the server before going through the usual editorial process. We are in the midst of looking into the matter.”

Interesting. It seems somewhat plausible because the copy seemed a little raw. It read more stream-of-consciousness than anything else. But the package itself looked pretty polished. That said, while there is nothing terribly shocking in it, LeBron does seem to be a fan of scantily clad ladies and wishes they might fly around Peter Pan-style. It’s an interesting look inside his inner circle.
