from www.digital.com - The Secret Service is investigating after Ted Nugent said at a NRA meeting that he would be "dead or in jail" if Obama is re-elected. Secret Service spokesman Brian Leary, said: "We are aware of the incident and we are conducting appropriate follow-up."

ABC News reports that while speaking at the National Rifle Association (NRA) annual meeting, Nugent, 63, urged Americans to vote for Mitt Romney, presumed GOP presidential candidate. He described Obama as a "vile," and "America-hating" president. He said the Obama administration should be shot like a coyote. He also said supporters should "chop (Democrats') head off" on election day.
