PHOENIX - Former congressman Gary Condit has more legal problems. The California congressman whose career crashed after an intern with whom he had been having an affair was murdered has been accused of trademark infringement, breach of contract and unfair competition in Federal Court.

Baskin-Robbins has sued Condit, his wife Carolyn, and his children Chad and Cadee, claiming they failed to hold up their end of a deal to run a Baskin-Robbins outlet in Glendale, Ariz., and were told to shut down as of March 15, but the Condits continue to sell ice cream under the Baskin-Robbins name. Baskin-Robbins seeks an injunction and damages.
