In times gone by, when porn used to be fun, I’d meet the legendary director Greg Dark [pictured] for bull sessions.
We’d get together at a restaurant on Ventura Blvd. called Praezzo’s. It had become a hangout for porn people, but I think it’s a barbecue joint now, I’m not sure.
Unlike some of his disturbed porn movie subjects, Dark was the nicest guy you'd want to meet and those were the occasions where I regret not being wired because, cripes almighty, the book that could have come out of those weeklies.
Around that time I had been seeing the hooker of my dreams....
