LAS VEGAS from www.courthousenews.com – Former madam to the stars Heidi Fleiss made a secret deal to buy a pet-grooming business from a woman who didn’t want her ex-husband to have it, the former husband claims in Clark County Court. Fleiss allegedly wants to use the business in a “reality” TV show.

Jeffery Marvian says Fleiss and his ex-wife, Nickol Marvian, hatched a plan to hide the sale of Little Buddy Bath from him – and from the court – by executing a sales contract that paid Nickol Marvian nothing.

He claims his ex was actually paid under the table, and was promised a job as manager as the business prepared for “a potential reality show.”

Fleiss has said she plans to change the name of the business to Dirty Dogs. Marvian claims that “defendants (Kendra) Rossi and Fleiss have taken over, and are continuing to use Little Buddy Bath LLC for financial gain.”

Fleiss was convicted in 1997 for running a prostitution ring and ducking taxes. She was sued in May 2008 by her landlords, who claimed she let her pet birds destroy a rental property.

Jeffery Marvian demands damages for fraud, conspiracy, unjust enrichment and intentional interference with economic advantage. He is represented by Shelley Lubritz.
