Hells Angels Without Heels

DAYTONA BEACH – What’s Bike Week without a bunch of topless biker babes? Not much, according to Liz Book.

The Florida mom says topless women are part of the biker culture. To make her point, Book says she’ll lead a protest of 1,000 bare-breasted women and men Sunday in Daytona Beach, Fla.

That’s the last day of Bike Week. Last year, nearly 60 women were cited for violating the city’s anti-nudity law during Bike Week. They were each fined more than $250.

Book says she never wants to see another girl handcuffed and crying in the street, just because she yanked down her top. Book may have a found a loophole in the law.

The ordinance allows nudity when it’s part of a political protest. Police say they’re taking a wait-and-see approach.
