Holly Randall launched her first solo art exhibit and unveiled her photography book, “Dynasty,” at a gallery near downtown Los Angeles this past weekend. The event featured a star-studded, invitation-only reception, followed by a public exhibition.

"Dynasty" Unveiling and Exhibition

The exhibition served as a retrospective of Randall’s acclaimed photographs, featuring notable adult and mainstream models. The event commenced with an exclusive, invitation-only reception where models featured in the book mingled with performers, adult industry insiders, art world cognoscenti, press, and collectors.

Performers from various periods of Randall’s career attended, including Jenna Haze, Nicole Aniston, Celeste Star, Cherie DeVille, Misty Stone, Ryan Keely, Casey Calvert, Lacy Lennon, Luna Star, Ana Foxxx, Maddy May, and Bailey Rayne. Randall’s mother and fellow photographer, Suze Randall, was also present. Other attendees included agent Mark Spiegler and performers Bella Blu, Vanessa Vega, Spencer Bradley, Karla Lane, Lilly Bell, Charlie Forde, Aria Sloane, Charles Dera, and Seth Gamble.

The public exhibition, held on Sunday, September 22, at START Los Angeles, located at 2270 Venice Blvd in Los Angeles, CA, ran from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. Attendees at the public exhibition had the opportunity to purchase autographed framed prints, and the first 50 guests received a free personally-autographed 8” x 10” print of Randall’s work. START Los Angeles hosted the public celebration of Randall’s career and the launch of her photography book. The gallery displayed Randall’s work, showcasing pieces from the book.

Kickstarter Campaign and Industry Recognition

Randall stated to XBIZ that a photography exhibition had been a long-term goal. She noted that the Kickstarter campaign for “Dynasty” met its $40,000 goal in under 11 hours. Randall expressed gratitude for the support from the adult community and her fans for the project.

Casey Calvert described the launch party as “amazing.” Calvert noted that Randall is an "incredible photographer" and found visiting a gallery with large-scale prints of her work to be "wonderful." Calvert also stated gratitude for calling Randall a friend and expressed honor in being featured in “Dynasty.” Calvert called Randall's new photo book "an absolute must-have for anyone who's a fan of her work or glamour photography.”

Cherie DeVille commented on Randall’s talent, stating that Randall has an "amazing ability to bring out the best in everyone she works with," making it an "absolute honor to be featured in her book and exhibition." DeVille also mentioned being "obsessed with the photo of Dani Daniels in a bear head on a New York City street" and was ready to purchase it, but someone else acquired it first.

Lacy Lennon praised Randall’s career and talent, telling XBIZ that Randall is a "legend in this industry" and that the exhibit allowed attendees to "take our stereotypical hats off." Lennon described Randall as an "artist, not just a photographer," highlighting the detail in each individual’s shoot, calling them "unique pieces that she bled for." Lennon added that "when an artist bleeds, vulnerable moments begin to happen," which are "not to be exploited, but to be showcased." Lennon stated that Randall "captures womanhood at its finest" and expressed honor in being in her exhibit "among women I look up to." Lennon also described the industry as a "family" for which she is "grateful to be a part of.”

Ryan Keely stated that Randall's photos "have always belonged on a gallery wall" and expressed delight that a collection of her favorite images has been collected in an art book available via Kickstarter. Keely confirmed ordering a deluxe edition and planned to order additional variant covers. Keely described the event on Saturday as an "incredible reunion of people who have witnessed Holly's career and whose own careers have been impacted by her gift." Keely also shared that the first time she saw Randall's photos "changed how I saw myself," and that Randall shot her first magazine spread. Keely stated she "didn't know I was glamorous until I saw myself through her eyes and lens," and found celebrating Randall's skill with other models who felt similarly to be "indescribable.”
