28-year-old, Kristi Metzger, is facing three felony counts of sexual misconduct with a minor.

www.journalgazette.net – A Hoagland woman was charged Tuesday with having sex with a 15-year-old boy who allegedly had been drinking beer at her home.

Kristi N. Metzger, 28, faces three felony counts of sexual misconduct with a minor and a misdemeanor charge of contributing to the delinquency of a minor.

In February, the boy told a Allen County Sheriff’s Department officer that he had sex with Metzger about five times at her home before he turned 16.

The boy reported that the first encounter occurred April 8, 2010, after he had three or four beers. He said he got the beer from Metzger’s refrigerator and that she allowed him to do so, according to court records.

The boy said Metzger knew how old he was, the records said.

Metzger, who has a warrant for her arrest, was not in custody Tuesday evening.
