Hustler‘s “This Ain’t Avatar XXX 3D” Lawsuit Goes After more John Doe Defendants

According to a story reported on www.xbiz.com, 1,106 John Doe defendants were sued Monday by Larry Flynt Publications for allegedly poaching

Hustler‘s “This Ain’t Avatar XXX 3D” through BitTorrent networks.
LFP’s suit, the second in two days was filed at U.S. District Court in DallasAll told, the number of defendants now comes to 4,226 who’ve allegedly downloaded and distributed the movie.

In Monday’s suit, LFP’s Internet Group said the second wave of defendants used isoHunt.com, KickAssTorrents.com and SeedPeer.com to obtain the video. Attornet Evan Stone out of Dallas, Texas, is repping Flynt.
