After years of examples, has anyone in law enforcement figured out by now that posing for Playboy is going to get you fired?

FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. – A Washington County sheriff's official says his office is reviewing the case of a jailer who posed nude for a Playboy website, to see if she violated department policy.

Jessie Lunderby, 21, said she had no regrets for her off-the-job activities, but the matter had added stress.

"My phone has been going like crazy, my e-mail is clogged," Lunderby told television station KHOG.

Maj. Rick Hoyt of the Washington County sheriff's office said Lunderby is the subject of an internal investigation to determine if she violated official policies. Such policies, he said, might include one barring "conduct unbecoming of an officer or employee of the department" or another requiring a sheriff's office employee to get permission for off-duty work.

Another policy forbids working in specific types of jobs, "and one of those has to do with sexual conduct," Hoyt said.

If a determination is made that a policy was violated, Hoyt said, disciplinary measures could range from a reprimand to dismissal.

Lunderby has worked for the sheriff's office since 2007. The Playboy.com site says she wants to become "an undercover cop or work for the drug task force."

The county that employs her isn't identified on the site, which says she works as a "detention officer for a county sheriff's department." Her hometown is listed as Fayetteville.

"I'm happy with what I did," Lunderby said.
