WEST HOLLYWOOD, Calif.–Jill Kelly Productions Holding, Inc. (OTC:JKXJ), a leading U.S. adult entertainment company that develops, produces, licenses and distributes quality films worldwide, today announced that it has signed a license and distribution agreement with S.C. Folitexxx Video SRL to distribute JKP movies on Romanian TV as well as sell the titles.

Jill Kelly Productions (JKP) is one of the best known adult entertainment companies in the U.S., with relationships with most independent distributors and retail chains, as well as cable, satellite and hotel television operators, and internet webpage operators, worldwide. As part of its strategy of increasing distribution internationally, it signed a contract calling for S.C. Folitexxx to distribute 60 titles per year on Romanian TV, and purchase a set number of DVDs of each title for resale.
