Porn Valley- J.M. Video Productions has filed a multimillion dollar federal lawsuit against Elan Elmaleh and his business, Kaytel Video Distribution, alleging copyright infringement, contributory infringement, unfair competition and dilution. J.M. alleges that Elmaleh and Kaytel knowingly engaged in the sale of “Internet distribution licenses” for J.M.’s works “with actual knowledge that they did not possess said rights” and that they “created forged documents” to convince third parties that they could offer these licenses.
J.M.’s attorney, Allan Gelbard, filed the complaint in Federal Court on March 30, 2004.
