Karen Stagliano writes: Gene- I have spoken several times to the Sullivan family on behalf of Evil Angel and John. We would have been thrilled for the scene that was shot by John Stagliano and which starred Amber, Moxxie Maddron and Manuel Ferrara to be used as intended in the benefit project for Henri Pachard.

Unfortunately, due to the Sullivan family wanting nothing further to do with Amber, they are not interested in the scene being in the project that they are moving forward with.

From the beginning, it was known that the scene that John shot could also be used by him in one of his movies, on our benefit DVD or as a bonus scene, as a reciprocal way to help out with the legal case.

The Sullivans offered to give John the scene, but we want to donate the money that would have come from people’s waived fees and things like that, to the original cause that people did the scene for. They showed up for the Pachard benefit, so we want to make sure that money goes towards that.

Right now, I am waiting back to hear from Amber who has told me that she is speaking to her lawyer this week regarding the situation. Moxxie and Manuel are sad that their scene won’t be in the offical final project, but are happy that their original intent of being there is still being honored.
