The deadline for pre-nomination entries for the 2022 XBIZ Europa Awards, described as the adult industry’s biggest night in Europe, closed on Thursday, June 30, at 11:59 p.m. CET. Industry members submitted pre-nominations via XBIZ.net for categories spanning movies, production, web, and technology.
Eligibility Requirements and Content Release Window
To be considered for nomination, companies were required to have a base of operations located within Europe. Performers also needed to reside in Europe, with the exception of those nominated in "Global" categories, for which all companies were eligible. Content shot in Europe qualified for consideration regardless of the production company’s base of operations.
For eligibility, movies, content, and pleasure products must have been released between August 1, 2021, and June 30, 2022. Industry members were instructed to include relevant links to digital media, marketing material, or website login information in the comments field of their entries.
