Berkeley Nutraceutical’s former in-house attorney, Paul Kellog of West Chester, will spend one year and one day in prison.
On Friday a federal judge sentenced Kellogg, the last of the 11 Berkeley executives and employees charged in federal court.
Kellogg served as the general counsel for the company that billed customers without their permission for the male enhancement product Enzyte.
Kellogg was convicted of six counts of conspiracy and money laundering.
“This was a huge investigation. It was coordinated by the U.S. attorney’s office,” said Jerry O’Farrell [pictured], with the Postal Inspection Service.
“The scope of it is unusual for this district, and I think that we should be proud of a great job that investigators and prosecutors did,” said O’Farrell.
The other 10 former executives and company leaders were sentenced earlier this week.
Their prison terms range from one month to 25-years behind bars.
