GIBSON COUNTY, Ind. – from www.wthitv.com – On Tuesday afternoon, June 15, a Gibson County Grand Jury indicted William Wallace, 57, of Princeton, for allegedly having sex with a former female client to pay off a debt for work he performed in a 2009 civil case.
Indiana State Police Detective William George initiated a criminal investigation in March 2009 after the 30-year-old Gibson County victim reported the incident.
On April 19, 2009, a search warrant was executed at Wallace’s residence located at 2208 Lake Road, Princeton. During the search of the residence, Detective George found DVD’s that showed Wallace having sex with the female victim on several separate occasions. Gibson County Deputy Brad Garnett examined Wallace’s computer and found videos depicting sexual activity with children.
Wallace was arrested Tuesday evening after he turned himself in at the Gibson County Jail. He was released after posting bond. His initial court appearance is set for July 2.
