San Francisco- Those two San Francisco law enforcement types who found themselves in hot water after appearing in a porn video will soon be getting hitched … but without the handcuffs.

Police Officer Darryl Watts [Joe Friday] says he and co-star Kelly Francisco [Reina Leone], who works for the Sheriff’s Department as an institutional cop at San Francisco General Hospital, plan to get married this summer.

“I love her dearly,” Watts told us. “She’s my fiancee, we’re getting married, and nothing is going to change that.”

Watts wouldn’t say where the bells would chime — but we hear it’ll be in Hawaii.

And while the two lovebirds didn’t want to say anything that could jeopardize their jobs, Watts told us, “I’m not ashamed of the video.”

That would be “Bus Stop Whores,” the 45-minute epic that starred Francisco in the title role and Watts as the paying customer.

The Police and Sheriff’s departments promptly launched investigations into whether their performances broke the rules.

“It had nothing to do with the department — there was no uniform, no insignia or nothing identifying that we worked for (the city),” Watts said. “Nor do I see it as an immoral act, and until somebody changes the First Amendment, I’m not going to apologize for it.”
