NASHVILLE from www.courthousenews.com – A customer who used the rest room at a Mapco Express gas station claims “a hardware malfunction of the toilet seat” caused him to sit “directly onto a bolt with anal penetration.” He claims the traumatic trip to the john caused him to suffer “urologic injury, neck injury, prostatic trauma with urinary retention, left rotator cuff, and trembles from pain.”

The man says someone at the gas station-convenience store should have noticed the bolt and fixed it. He seeks monetary damages. He is represented in Davidson County Court by Luvell Glanton.
