Metro No Longer Paying Gauge’s Bills?

Gauge called in sick with the flu Friday night but that didn’t let her off the hook in a controversy she’s been having with her contract company, Metro. Gauge at the LCA awards last Saturday promised to make a statement regarding her situation with Metro. So, Quasarman her partner on the KSEX Distorted Reality Show, noting that Gauge wasn’t in the studio, contacted her at home where she was recuperating.

Before talking to Guage, Quasarman set the table, explaining that Gauge had promised a bombshell in terms of her contract. Quasarman reported that Gauge had been cut off in terms of payment. “Metro is no longer paying Gauge’s bills,” Quasarman reported. “Apparently they say Gauge owes Metro 34 movies.” However Quasarman also suggested that if you found Gauge panhandling on a freeway off ramp near you to buy some of her oranges.

When Gauge called in, she said Metro told her she had been refusing work since August. “I haven’t been doing that. And Ann Marie’s only been shot once this year.” Gauge said she’s done a “shit-load” of signings so if she didn’t want to work she wouldn’t be in town. “They wouldn’t be able to find me.” Gauge confirmed that she had been cut off from her paychecks, even though they sent her off to Ohio. “It was an unpaid vacation.”

According to her, she signed at a Hustler grand opening. “I get there, there’s no grand opening and there’s no Christmas party for Larry Flynt.” Gauge says Dustin Flynt ended up being really rude to her. “It was either kill him or cry and so I decided to cry.” Quasarman agreed that crying carries a lot less prison time than killing. Gauge said it was an awful experience.

“He yelled at me because I was trying to get my flight information worked out. Everybody was leaving a day before me and I didn’t want to waste a whole day in Cincinnati not doing anything, just wasting time and money.”

“Basically they sent you away on this trip knowing full well that they had cut off your means,” Quasarman stated. Gauge said she was thinking the check was in the mail. “They knew it but I didn’t. I just think it’s really shitty.” Gauge said she doesn’t know what the situation with her and the company is.

“Actions speak louder than words. Apparently they don’t want me anymore. They quit paying me. You got to pay me to stick around.”

Gauge said she’s supposed to meet with the company but she doesn’t see anything being resolved.

“I would have least got some proposal in the mail or an e-mail or a fax. There’s three different ways of getting a hold of me. I don’t know what the plan is. I’m just pretty pissed off that I don’t get to go home for Christmas.”

Gauge said all of her money’s wrapped up in her calendars and website. “I really don’t know what’s going to come out of this,” she said. “I’m really hurt and disappointed with everything. I’ve waited so long and didn’t get money from my website earnings. I just don’t understand.” Quasarman found it very difficult to believe that Metro wasn’t paying someone.

“If I knew this was going to happen I would have just called it quits. Then they pull this fuckin’ move which is totally wrong.” Quasarman suggested running a fund raiser or pledge donation stating that he had similar experiences with Metro last year. “I understand where you’re coming from.”

“It’s not even about the holidays,” Gauge said. “It’s more like they knew they cut me off and still sent me 3,000 miles from home. That pretty much pisses me off the most. They knew I wouldn’t have went if I didn’t get paid for anything.”

According to Gauge, as Metro began pushing the Fusion line, they were promoting Britney Foster and Bridgette Kerkove. “I started seeing me, Ann Marie and Kelly Erickson getting pushed off to the side for the mean time.” Gauge said she thought the company would get around to promoting her again but didn’t expect this as a Christmas bonus from Metro.

Repo man in the chat room suggested Gauge becoming a jockey. Gauge said she’d be good at that. “I used to ride thoroughbred horses. I’d be a good jockey.” Quasarman suggested making a movie on her life titled She Biscuit. After Gauge was off the air, a caller-in from Ohio claimed that Gauge was a no-show at the signing she was talking about.
