from www.associatedcontent.com – According to the same website that dug up the alleged dirt on Montana Fishburne’s recent past to disclose that she had made at least one sex tape previous to the major release from Vivid Entertainment announced just a week ago, the 19-year-old was arrested for prostitution in November 2009 and is still on probation from her conviction.

CarltonJordan.com, the website that outed noted actor Laurence Fishburne’s daughter as having had a debut in the porn industry before her much-publicized adult movie debut with Vivid, posted four pages of documents on Wednesday that corroborated an earlier post alleging that Montana had been (and might continue to be) working in the sex industry as a prostitute.

The court documents from the Los Angeles Superior Court posted by CarltonJordan.com reveal that Montana Fishburne was arrested on Nov. 25, the day before Thanksgiving, in the “Hollywood area” on a violation of California Penal Code 647(b), which prohibits prostitution or solicitation. After two continuances, Fishburne pleaded nolo contendre (no contest) and was sentenced to 104 hours toward the California beautification project, 15 days of community service, an AIDS test, STD education, and two years probation. The last page lists her current status as “On Probation.”

Just a week ago, Montana Fishburne seemed to just be a wayward young woman, hellbent to become famous, choosing the Kim Kardashian sex tape path to success. In the intervening days leading up to the launch of her “thrill sex” tape video, “Montana Fishburne: An A-List Daughter Makes Her XXX Debut,” it now seems that said Vivid release may have simply been the inevitable conclusion of a path she chose shortly after graduation from high school.

Videos posted by CarltonJordan.com on Wednesday highlighted a purported friend of Montana Fishburne’s said the 19-year-old was introduced to both prostitution and the porn industry by her boyfriend.

The girl, a self-admitted prostitute named “NeNe,” alleged that Jeremy Greene, whom she said Montana moved in with about six months after graduating, had “turned her (Montana) out” when Laurence stopped giving her money and took away her car.

“NeNe” described Greene as a “fake charmer” and a get-rich-quick kind of guy. She also alleged that Greene was a pimp before he met Montana (“NeNe” was one of his prostitutes), purposely pursued her because he knew who she was, then, when the money from her father dried up, made her one of his “girls.”

She said the porn was Greene’s idea as well, and that Montana was a “good person” who didn’t really like the sex business but would do whatever her boyfriend asked.

According to “NeNe,” Montana , as far as she knew, was still working for Jeremy Greene. CarltonJordan.com noted that Greene was reportedly in the Vivid movie with Fishburne.

It is unclear how much of Montana Fishburne’s background Vivid Entertainment knew about before their press release on Friday. It is also unknown how much of an impact the discovery that Montana had appeared in a sex tape previous to the Vivid production had on getting the launch date moved up to Aug. 10.

It is equally unknown how much Laurence Fishburne knows about his daughter’s life.

Or even if any of the allegations are true.

However, the court documents of her prostitution conviction appear to be all too real.

Regardless, gone is the idea that Montana Fishburne just one day decided that she would reach for success via adult movies. From the looks of things, her appearance in the sex tape videos — indeed, her involvement in the sex trade industry — was an inevitability driven by her relationship with the man she chose as her boyfriend.
