WWW- Well, in the wake of his upcoming movie Ray, it seems that Jamie Foxx has given even Paris Hilton, the home movie queen, a run for her money.

So it’s not full-on porn on DVD, but one Mark Pithian, a construction worker, claims to have found naked pictures of Foxx masturbating and engaging in sex with a chick. Where could he have possibly found these pictures? In a garbage can outside Jamie’s home, dude… get with the program. That’s where we all get our dirt on celebs.

After Jamie’s people vehemently denied that these pics indeed existed, four guys broke into Pithian’s home on August 4, 2004, and demanded the shots back after beating the living crap out of him. Of course, Jamie’s publicist stated that insinuating that Jamie had anything to do with those thugs breaking into Pithian’s home is both “false” and “outrageous.”

Of course, in the spirit of Paris and her people, Jamie’s reps claim that the snapshots are private photos that were “stolen” from his home.

And now that Pithian has filed a lawsuit against the thugs who kicked his ass, you can bet that the pictures he has are going to be sold to the highest bidder, preferably just before the October 29th, 2004 release of Ray.
