MONTREAL – The mother of an adult performer whose body was found in a Montreal quarry www.adultfyi.com/read.aspx?ID=12651after he went missing for 10 days with a fellow performer, is suing the Montreal police and the quarry owner.
Sheryl Crockett, mother of Steven Wright, 20, whose body was found Sept. 1 at the bottom of the rock quarry, along with the body of Mark Kraynak, 23, is seeking $500,000 in a civil lawsuit against the city of Montreal, Police Sergeant Detective Brigitte Barabe and quarry owner Ciment Saint-Laurent.
In her lawsuit, Crockett is alleging that the police did not act fast enough to find the missing men and that Saint-Laurent was negligent for not fixing a fence around the quarry or providing adequate lighting and warning signs.
Stephan Sirard, owner of adult talent booker FCF Agency, which had represented Wright and Kraynak in the industry, filed the suit on Crockett’s behalf and is covering her leagl expenses.
