NY- Accused Manhattan madam Kristin Davis will try Tuesday to get the court to drop the $2 million bail requirement that is keeping her behind bars.
The bottle blond is charged with running call-girl operations that netted millions and catered to high-profile athletes, tycoons and public officials.
Her lawyer, Mark Heller, is expected to argue that Davis’ constitutional rights are being trampled because the bail is so high and prosecutors can’t back up their charges because they don’t have her computers and files.
Those were missing when cops arrived with a search warrant and busted Davis on March 26.
Heller has called Davis a victim of the Eliot Spitzer scandal.
Spitzer resigned as governor of New York amid charges he solicited prostitutes from another ring.
