Jace Posts: By the end of August there will be new 2257 laws in effect, some of you might have known this, but many most likely didn’t
why does this pertain to me? well, let me tell you
The new laws state that whoever posts your images on the web must have FULL 2257 documentation on file….this goes for everything, whether it be a banner ad at the top of your little homepage or a full picture set in a members area…if the picture is of a naked girl and resides on your internet server, you MUST have the full 2257 documentation..
here is how this affects you. When someone goes to a place such as www.matrixcontent.com and purchases a set of pictures featuring you in them, he will also get all the model releases and 2 copies of id’s that you gave them…to a trustworthy webmaster, this is not a big deal, but who is to say that a crazy fan can’t get this also? NOTHING….when I asked content producers about what type of screening they are doing, they give blank replies, like they had never thought of these new laws this way.

go to www.matrixcontent.com and sign up…now act like your going to buy something, add it to your cart…what is stopping you from getting this set of pics…A CREDIT CARD..that is all, that is it….that is all you need to get YOUR REAL NAME, ADDRESS, PHONE NUMBER AND SOCIAL SECURITY #
What can we do to stop this? who the fuck knows, i am as worried for my wife as you are reading this right now….
For whatever it is worth, I submitted my comments on the regulation changes. You can do the same by visiting http://www.regulations.gov/ do a keyword search on 2723-2004 and then scroll down the page for “Submit a Comment on this Regulation” [comments have to be in by August 24th].
I have compiled a list of content producers, if anyone else knows of any let me know….and all the ladies can check over these, and if you have worked for any of these companies, write them and ask them…HOUND THEM…about what they plan on doing with your personal info when someone buys a set of content….
