TORONTO -- Following their successful Pink Sheets launch last week Petel Incorporated, (PTEL.pk), today announce a partnership with Adult Entertainment Company Combat Zone.

In a similar agreement to that announced last week with Scala, Combat Zone will supply a catalogue of titles, all of which will be digitized and indexed by category on www.sexqube.tv/. Visitors to www.sexqube.tv/ can access the titles on a pay-per-view basis via SexQube.TV's unique interactive console and "pink button" technology. Each 48 hour rental costs $9.99.

The agreement with Combat Zone adds to the 12,000 hours of footage supplied by Scala and furthers Petel Incorporated's objective of creating the world's largest Video-on-Demand (VOD) library with over 75,000 hours of content.

Petel Incorporated is first to market with a free-to-air Adult Broadband Television channel, SexQube.tv, entering the ever growing $57 billion dollar global Adult Industry. With limited opportunity available to invest in this sector, and companies including Playboy (PLA), New Frontier Media (NOOF) and LodgeNet Entertainment (LNET) all trading in excess of $8 per share, Petel Incorporated delivered a fantastic first week, with 289% growth in only four days of trading.

Petel Incorporated Chief Executive David Morton comments "The successful Pink Sheets launch has placed us firmly on target to deliver our 2007 forecasts. Furthermore the debut of the Company on to the Pink Sheets exchange was accompanied by the launch of our new brand, SexQube.tv, a truly innovative online adult experience. In addition we have announced a new board member, and look forward to introducing new members to the board in the very near future. The phenomenal growth in the equity in only four days of trading underlines the confidence we have that our business will deliver success for all involved."
