Montana – from www.kfbb.com – Former Great Malls Mayor Gayle Morris is set to stand trial soon.

Thursday, Judge Thomas McKittrick granted what he termed the fifth and final continuance in this case.

You may recall, Morris is charged with felony promotion of prostitution at his bar, Really Windy’s. An investigation uncovered the alleged activity last summer, but the judge says the defense has not filled any motions since then, aside from requests to push the trial back.

During previous proceedings, the former mayor also stated he never saw any illegal acts going on at the bar. The judge set a June 14th trial date.
