ZAGREB, Croatia – A Croatian pop star isn’t trying to hide a sex video in which she’s the star.In fact, she asked a judge yesterday to watch it to decide whether her copyright protection was violated.

Severina Vuckovic, 32, sued a Web portal for posting clips of her having sex with a man later identified as a wealthy Bosnian Croat businessman – who’s married with kids.

Meanwhile, the defendants asked that a court-appointed sex expert see the video to determine if Vuckovic had “demonstrated anything not previously seen in the porn industry,” trying to void her claims for copyright protection.

“I do not think she has shown any new sexual art,” argued the Web portal’s owner, Matija Babic.
