NEWTON, Mass. – Questex Media Group Holdings, Inc. announced today that the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware has approved the sale of Questex’s assets to a group of its senior lenders. The sale brings Questex to the final step in the company’s balance sheet restructuring process, which will reduce the company’s overall indebtedness and provide increased access to capital for on-going investments and development in the business. The company and its senior lenders expect to close the sale and complete the company’s emergence from Chapter 11 within days. Questex’s operations will continue as usual through the closing of the sale and emergence.
