"Headcrack" is a new three-dice live table casino game that transitions the classic New York City street dice game Cee-Lo to the casino floor. The game incorporates professional dealers, structured betting, side bets, and official payouts. It made its global debut at G2E Las Vegas 2026, which took place from September 29 to October 1 at The Venetian Expo.

The updated concept retains the basic elements of the street game, including the three dice and classic rolls. New elements include dealers, official betting structures, side bets, published payouts, and casino technology. The ultimate roll in the game is 4-5-6, which prompts players at the table to yell, "Headcrack!"

50 Cent, also known as Curtis “50 Cent” Jackson, partnered with gaming company TCSJOHNHUXLEY to create the live table game version. The game is being developed for commercial casino operators and will be available in multiple formats, including traditional dice and automated dice technology. It will also feature a Bank-Shooter-Tie structure, designed to make the game easier for new players to learn.

Curtis “50 Cent” Jackson stated that for a hundred years, this game lived on the corner. He added that now it has a dealer, a pay table, and a seat at the table in a real casino, noting that it's the same dice, but on a new floor. TCSJOHNHUXLEY Executive Chairman Tristan Sjöberg commented that the partnership combines 50 Cent's global entertainment reach with the company's experience in live casino gaming.

Ryan stated that she had a marvelous time at the "Headcrack" event. She also mentioned that even though she is not a drinker, she sampled 50 Cent's Branson Cognac and found it delicious.
