AUGUSTA, Ga. – from www.nbcaugusta.com – Reports of too much alcohol and a night out at strip clubs have the Richmond County Sheriff’s Office operating with one less deputy.

26 News has learned Deputy Mark Albright was fired last week.

We’re told he was wearing his sheriff’s deputy uniform while intoxicated. He visited two strip clubs in downtown Augusta.

Authorities responded to the scene. Albright was tested for alcohol. They tell us Albright’s alcohol level was twice the legal limit.
