from www.contactmusic.com – A video has emerged on the internet allegedly showing the nightclub altercation between GIRLS GONE WILD founder JOE FRANCIS and model JAYDE NICOLE.

Nicole is suing Francis for $1 million (£666,700) over an incident in a Los Angeles nightclub in July (09), in which she alleges Francis viciously attacked her.

She claims to have suffered a “black-eye, swollen face, bruised ribs, sore and bruised abdomen region, bruised arms and legs, ripped-out hair, and utter emotional distress and humiliation” as a result of the encounter.

Francis has dismissed her accusations, branding Nicole “an absolute and total liar” and dismissing her remarks as “slanderous and defamatory.”
He also claims he was the real victim of the attack.

Now CCTV footage from the Guys & Dolls club, which appears to have caught the incident on tape, has been posted on Radar Online.

The video allegedly shows Nicole standing at the bar while a man, who appears to be Francis, pushes past other patrons, grabs her by the hair and yanks her to the floor.

Other partygoers are seen giving chase while the woman is propped up at the bar and comforted by a friend.

Nicole is convinced the footage will prove her version of events, telling the website: “He can’t lie anymore! (The video) makes me absolutely cringe. I was traumatised.”

Francis is also under investigation by the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department over the incident.
