Seka Interview Becomes Battleground?-update

Porn Valley- I decided to tune into PervertRadio and the Mike & Paul Show since they’ve been hyping an archived interview they did this week with Seka. But I didn’t realize I was stumbling into a bit of an Internet range war. It started off with some shots at KSEX, basically trivializing attempts to promote Don Hollywood and Brooke Hunter’s Tits and Asshole Show along with Wankus’ Wednesday night show with Michelle Lay. Apparently PervertRadio was attempting to get some post on a Yahoo group and didn’t find the same type of love that has been extended KSEX. There was a suggestion that KSEX is spending a lot of its time interviewing no-names whereas Pervert had someone of the caliber of Seka.

“Are we competing with KSEX?” one of the jocks asked oh so coyly. [I have no clue at this point who Mike is and who Paul is. Later I determine that Paul tends to talk like Don Imus.]

“I don’t know responded the other jock. But I find it flattering- if we are- they [The Yahoo Group] wouldn’t approve our message. “We’re a formidable threat,” added a woman named Christine who’s later identified as some adult bookstore clerk/comedienne.

“It only lends credence to the fact that we’re in the game,” said one of the jocks. “We got Seka tonight, not some little teenybopper thing. We’ve got the legend.” Christine was asked the most important question she’d ask Seka. “You’re not going to believe this,” she responded. “Woman-to-woman, blond-to-blond I have to know how she gets her hair that color.” As you can see this was going to be in-depth. Christine said she also wanted to know why the business isn’t unionized. “Can it happen? Maybe porn stars are like comics. Getting comics to be on the same page on anything is like herding chickens.” Christine thinks there should be some standardized issues in porn. “They should have health care. There should be residuals on their films. There should be a tracking system on these films, but it’s all willy-nilly.” According to Christine, performers who are for unionization are seen as turncoats.

“The production companies are not going to support that,” says one of the jocks. Christine said they should. “How many times do you have to get fucked over before you get sick of it?” Christine imagines porn performers are like comics- both with self-esteem issues. “When we get fucked over we kind of take it. They just kind of walk away and don’t defend themselves. They don’t defend the right to get what they deserve. Maybe that’s the same mentality in porn.”

It was also suggested that PervertRadio fans check out “the babe of the day,” identified as “Mary Corey.” It was corrected to note that it was Mary Carey. Christine said Carey had natural breasts. “God love her for it.”
