SexyFandom has announced the winners of its 2023 Bazowie! Awards, presented online on March 4. The awards, presented by Zinetastic and with Bad Dragon as Platinum Sponsor, recognize creators for their work in cosplay, science fiction, fantasy, video games, and anime themes.

The 2023 Bazowie! Awards ceremony took place online on March 4. Zinetastic served as the presenting sponsor for the event. Bad Dragon was the Platinum Sponsor. Zinetastic, described as a creator distribution platform, has been the distributor for Bazowie Magazine for one year. Zinetastic aims to preserve the history of the zine revolution and support the future of publishing and self-expression. Bad Dragon is an innovator in the toy space, focused on creating fantasy-themed toys. Bad Dragon is also making custom Golden Tentacles for winners in the creator categories. The trophies for the awards are spaceship crystal balls, featuring internal and external engraving to depict a spaceship hovering inside a sphere, symbolizing the blend of fantasy and science fiction.

Cosplay and Fandom Creator Awards
Several awards recognized achievements in cosplay and fandom content creation. Virtual Lady was named Sexiest Cosplayer, while Sonya Vibe received the Fan Favorite Sexiest Cosplayer award. Ivy Tenebrae won Best Detailed Cosplayer, Marica Hase was honored as Best Kawaii Cosplayer, and Raven Noir received Best Spoopy Cosplayer. Zorinn D was recognized for Best Use of Norse Lore in a Thirst Trap. Cosplay Society won Best Fandom Magazine.
In the camming categories, Emily Bloom received Best Cosplay Cam, and NovaSquid won Best Nerd Cam. Sia Siberia was named Best Fandom Clip Artist, with Koji – Little Pixie Kitten winning Fan Favorite Fandom Clip Artist. Misha Montana (AltErotic) was recognized for Best Placement of an Alien Facehugger Tattoo. The Boulet Brothers‘ Dragula: Titan (Shudder) won Best Use of Drag in SF, Fantasy, and Horror Fandom. Diana “Darcy the Mail Girl” Prince (The Last Drive In with Joe Bob Briggs) received an award for Best Use of Elvira Cosplay Panties for the Greater Good.
Unique Accomplishments and Themed Categories
The awards also featured categories for unique accomplishments and themed products. The Quirkiest Accomplishment award went to Best Disgusting Penis Memorial for a Beloved Alien Barbarian: Cuttlefish by GWAR and Bad Dragon. The Fan Favorite Quirkiest Accomplishment was awarded to Best Human/Adorable Critter Collaboration (Feline Division): KristieBish and Lionel. Marica Hase and Buusan the pig won Best Human/Adorable Critter Collaboration (Suidae Division).
In the streaming and membership site categories, MyFreeCams was named Best Streaming Platform. Hentaied won Best Membership Site for Fandom, and Blue Blood's EroticFandom received the Fan Favorite Membership Site for Fandom award.
Themed toy awards included Rocco from Nothosour for Best Sci Fi Themed Toy, Ky’el from Bad Dragon for Best Fantasy Themed Toy, and Arachnie Maw from DarquePath for Best Horror Themed Toy. The Fan Favorite Horror Themed Toy was Penis Fly Trap FTM Stroker from Chillow Fantasy. Drone from CLLovecrafts won Best Anime Themed Toy. The MollyRedWolf Doll from Elsa Babe was recognized as Best Replicant Love Doll.
