SexyFandom has announced the winners of the 2024 Bazowie! Awards, presented by Zinetastic and with Platinum Sponsor Bad Dragon. The awards honor creators in cosplay, science fiction, fantasy, video games, and anime.
Awards Ceremony and Hosts
The 2024 Bazowie! Awards took place on March 4. The event was presented in a virtual ceremony, hosted by Lily Octolien and Kate Redmane. The hosts appeared in space alien and anime cutie styles. The ceremony included a livestreamed red carpet and a virtual event where fans, friends, and industry members watched, appeared on the digital red carpet, and participated in the chat. SexyFandom has released the video archive of the live broadcast, including red carpet interviews.
SexyFandom.com is a nerd culture site that publishes the quarterly magazine Bazowie!, presented by MyFreeCams. The site produces the annual Bazowie! Awards. SexyFandom.com has been celebrating creativity in cosplay and science fiction and fantasy fandom for more than two decades.
Zinetastic, the presenting sponsor, has been the distributor for Bazowie Magazine for two years. Winners in the creator categories will receive custom Golden Tentacles from Bad Dragon. These trophies are designed to express the combination of fantasy and science fiction. Additional gifts will accompany the trophies. Nominees and VIP attendees will receive gift bags.
