I will not go into great depth on advise of counsel now that there is pending legal action. I will however answer the only question out there that deserves addressing. Jessica and I have not now, nor anytime after the knowledge of her contracting HIV, had sex of any kind, nor exchanged bodily fluids in any manner, and my long (1&1/2 years) track record of clean tests proves that. Anyone who starts or continues to spread falsehoods will find themselves sitting in a court room. End of Story.

Since finding out I was HIV positive Shane and I have not exchanged bodily fluids in any manner, and Shane’s long track record of negative tests proves that. Shane has been a friend to me when I needed help and could not find it elsewhere. For all of you to point fingers with no knowledge whatsoever shows you for who you really are.
