Sheen: Chloe Jones a Liar

I can’t remember six items to buy at Ralph’s much less February 6. But Charlie Sheen’s publicist claims every hour of that day can be accounted for to discredit Chloe Jones’ allegations that she blew Sheen at the Bel Air Hotel.

Reformed bad boy Charlie Sheen has drawn the battles lines in his divorce from seven-month pregnant Denise Hollywood- Richards, and the war will apparently be ugly. According to AFP, Sheen, 39, filed documents in Los Angeles Superior court Thursday, offering his response to the divorce Richards sought a few weeks ago in which she was looking for sole custody of their one-year-old daughter Sam as well as their unborn child.

Sheen fired back by seeking shared custody of their children and contesting the claim to pay the 34-year-old actress spousal support. PageSix reports that the response came after Sheen read an article in Us Weekly which used Richards’ friends as sources for a story claiming Sheen paid a hooker $15,000 for sex, used prescription drugs and lost $400,000 gambling. According to an item on IMDb.com, the alleged hooker, Chloe Jones, 29, claims she performed oral sex on the actor at the Bel-Air Hotel in Los Angeles on February 6. National Enquirer said Jones passed a lie detector test before the story went to press, yet Sheen’s publicist Stan Rosenfeld said the story is a complete fabrication.

“The only thing they (Enquirer) got right was the spelling of his name,” said Rosenfeld. “Charlie Sheen has not been at the Bel-Air Hotel in over a year. Every hour that she (Jones) mentions in the story can be accounted for.”

Even with both sides filing papers, the word on exactly why they are divorcing has yet to be revealed by either side. Richards cited “irreconcilable differences” as grounds for the split, and Sheen responded to the court documents, but he couldnÕt remain silent on the charges outlined in the media.

“I did not cheat on my wife. These stories and allegations are unconscionable,” Sheen said in a statement. “The reason for our separation is a private matter between the two of us.”

Martin Sheen and his wife Janet denied reports that Charlie had fallen back into drug use. “We cannot remain silent during what appears to be a ruthless and savage attack by the media on Charlie’s character,” they said in a statement to Entertainment Tonight. “To imply that he is in any way regressing to the behavior that cost him so dearly and almost ended his life just seven years ago is not only the lowest form of journalism, but sinks to the level of defamation.”
