Qreel Fall Indie Film Festival Underway

The Qreel Fall Indie Film Festival is now active on NakedSword.com, expanding the platform's library of over 45,000 videos. The festival will run for three months, with new titles premiering on the first Monday of each month.

The November selection, A Few Feet Away, is a Spanish-language dramedy directed by Tadeo Pestaña Caro. The film stars Max Suen, Jazmín Carballo, and Esteban Kukuriczka. Prior to its NakedSword.com debut, A Few Feet Away was screened at the BFI Flare: London LGBTQIA+ Film Festival and Chicago’s Reeling Film Festival. The film is currently available for streaming exclusively on NakedSword.com.

A plot synopsis describes A Few Feet Away as an "unsparing and insightful look at youth lost in the gay world of today." The narrative follows twenty-year-old Santiago, who works in a data center by day and uses gay hookup apps by night. The film explores his realization that while sexual encounters may be frequent, intimacy remains elusive as he navigates sex clubs and potential sexual encounters.

NakedSword is promoting the Qreel Fall Indie Film Festival with updates available on its social media channels, including X, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube.
